Children like it and I’m happy.
the plastic itself is very pleasant on touch. But the back wheels are flimpsy a bit; sometimes goes to wobble so tighten them up couple times
The two wheels is not comfortable – better take a real runbike – but as a three wheel ride-on its fine.
So I think the price should be approximately 20 pounds at least

give 3 * – due to the high price (-1) and back wheels (-2)

Got this bike for my 1 1/2 year old because big sis has one exactly like it and they would fight over who got to ride it. The bike arrived in undamaged packaging and appeared ok. When my son got on and tried to ride it we discovered that it is very difficult to turn the handlebars. There is a piece of plastic that’s rubbing where it turns and makes it impossible for a child to turn the handlebars. I’m half tempted to take some sandpaper to it and see if that’ll help, but for a $50 child’s bike I shouldn’t have to do anything to make it work correctly. I’m disappointed that this bike doesn’t work like it’s supposed to.

My son loves this thing but it is Teeny Tiny. Its probably good for 18 months to about 2.5. We got this for his 2nd birthday and he’s about 27 months (and small for his age) in the picture. He is probably only going to use it for a few more months. But happy we got it because he uses it all the time. There is a tiny little compartment in the seat you could put stuff in but its too hard for little fingers to open so its not really useful for the kids.

A great little balance bike that was a huge success when opening by its recipient on Christmas Day. It has proved to be ideal for our one year old grandson who managed to get around the house reasonable well on Christmas Day. The great thing about this three wheeler balance bike is that when the time comes the rear wheels can be reversed turning it into a two wheeler balance bike. Thoroughly recommended.

This is a great little tricycle. Kid is 20 months old and adores it. He’s about 33 inches tall, and the trike side of the bike is a touch short on him, but he doesn’t mind. He scoots along just fine, indoors and out. We will switch it over to the other side soon. I wish the seat was adjustable in height, but it isn’t. Oh well. Seems very sturdy, and switching it from trike to bike is easy. Only complaint is that the little compartment in the seat is actually quite tricky to open. Needs an adult! If your kid is really tall then they will outgrow this pretty quick, but mine is 60% for height and he’s just fine.

I rarely spend the time to write reviews, but this low quality product really bothers me. We have half a dozen other balance bikes, but they all had a seat height too high for my 1.5 yr. old. This bike claims to be adjustable, though the seat isn’t actually adjustable at all. The 2 huge problems that urged me to share are the steering, which is out of alignment by at least 15 degrees, is extremely stiff. This is because it is such a low quality product. Additionally, it tips over super easily even when in the ‘wide’ mode. The only reason this company can get away with selling these at such a high price is because no one actually sees & feels it before the purchase. I wouldn’t even recommend this if it were $15.

I wanted a balance bike that looked more like a bike, but I like the modern look of this plus it’s a great size for my 24 month old who is 36″ & 25lbs. Took him 2 weeks to start using it because he loves his wheely bug too much. It’s a great first “bike” for a toddler. I don’t like the plastic though I think it will get ruined fast the way my son throws it to the floor. The other thing is the seat only can be on the lowest setting for 3 wheels and highest setting for 2 wheels which makes it not really very adjustable to me. Otherwise, it’s a good first balance bike but I’m sure I’ll buy another once he gets used to riding one.

We got this for our son’s second birthday. He is an “average” sized two year old and the bike fits him perfectly with plenty of room to grow into it. He literally just learned how to ride a tricycle so he’s currently using the 3 wheeled version of the bike. It provides plenty of stability and safety for a “new” rider along with provides a safe height for his feet to lay flat on the ground. I was a little worried about the bike being too small or him outgrowing it quickly as some other reviews have shared but this bike fits him perfectly and it’s not even on the elevated setting yet. I can tell he will be able to ride this until he turns 4 which is exactly what we were looking for in a first bike! The tires work great on our refinished hardwood floors along with outside and overall the bike is made of high-quality materials. We are so happy we went with this 2-in-1 over other more expensive brands!

We bought this bike and gave it to our son’s daughter on her second birthday. This was her first bike or vehicle of any kind and we were excited to see how she would manage. I set the bike up as a three-wheeler. As with most kids on their first bike, it was easier to start out going backwards but with a little coaxing, we soon had her slowly moving forwards.

While the wheels aren’t as far apart as a normal three-wheeler, there is enough to challenge her balance. We kept her on the sidewalk, and though she experienced a few wobbles, she kept her balance and only had a “soft” and slow tumble one time. It was good to see her able to keep her balance most of the time and to successfully beat the wobbles, as the purpose was to give her a bike that would increase her skills.

I can see the bike getting a lot of use over the next year, and I believe we will be able to switch to the two-wheel mode before the end of the summer (it’s June now). This is a great learning tool for kids to practice keeping their balance and get them ready to move on to the real thing.

Very cute bike. But has some serious set backs.
#1) this is definitely for the 1-2 year old range. I bought this for my sons first birthday and by the time he really took to it (when he was around 20 months or so) it was already too small for him. I’ll be buying him a different bike for his 2nd birthday now.
#2) this thing moves like junk along carpet. If you have hardwood floors or tile or something it’ll work great, but it looks pretty frustrating for them to move along carpet and it doesn’t give them he feel for “riding” that way.

It seems well built, and it’s adorable, but you will see it outgrown quickly.

On the plus side…. A lot of the other balance bikes are too big for a one year old… so if you are ok with spending the $50 to give them that 1 year heads up and you have hardwood floors, I’d definitely recommend it.
